I can’t say enough good things about Roanoke Dental Group and Orthodontics! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with kindness and a smile—it feels more like visiting friends than going to a dental office. The entire team exudes warmth and professionalism. Dr. Boelman, who did my crown, was incredibly kind, gentle, and took the time to explain everything to me in a way that made me feel comfortable and cared for. His assistant, Zoe, was full of energy and support—she made the whole experience smooth and even enjoyable. Ms. Rynearson performed my cleaning, and she was equally impressive: friendly, calming, and very effective. I left feeling refreshed and well taken care of. Their work ethic, attention to detail, and the welcoming environment make them a standout dental team. I genuinely look forward to my visits—yes, to the dentist! Highly recommend.

Okay so went for a crown & deep cleaning. Too much information right? lol! So first of all the staff is fantastic & very friendly! They are very caring & informative. Dr. Kim was great & Emily was also great. I wish I could remember everyone’s names. The only reason they didn’t get 5 stars- which is really not their fault. Is pricing- but that is every dentist office. So if you need a great dental office- give them a try!

Definitely recommend this place for all your dental needs. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable. I was dreading the visit because I had to have a tooth extracted. They made it happen quickly and relatively painless. Dr. Ortiz team were awesome. Shelby was amazing with setting up my payment plan and explaining my dental benefits to me! She took a stressful situation and simplified for me!!!
